The city is Chicago. The scene is a hospital room. The year is 2006. The day is Labor Day.

A new realist memory play by Ahon Gooptu, developed in stages between 2019 and 2022 from Connecticut to Iowa to Florida, and finished here. Six performances in June 2025, about forty-five seats each, with Dana Roy, Palashh Chaturvedi, Aditya Krishnan and Eeshan Chatterjee. The second Saturday sold out. It is the second piece to go from draft to world premiere in the house.
